Baked Cajun Honey Dijon Chicken Tenders
In a large bowl, add the chicken strips, sea salt, black pepper, dried parsley and Drew’s Honey Dijon Dressing together and toss well to coat. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and prep a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
To create the cajun seasoning, mix together the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme and onion powder.
In a separate large bowl, add the crushed cornflakes, flour and cajun seasoning together and stir until well combined.
Now, take a piece of chicken, place it into the cornflake mixture, mixing it around ensuring that it’s fully coated and then place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all strips are coated.
Lightly brush or spray tops of chicken with olive oil and bake them for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and sprinkle with dried parsley, if desired.
To serve, enjoy chicken tenders with additional Drew’s Honey Dijon Dressing as a dip or your favorite condiment.
